18 acres on a volcanic hillside in Moon Mountain, Sonoma Valley — organically grown, thoughtfully made, 2,000 cases a year.
Our Story
Moon Hollow sits above the fog line in the Moon Mountain District — a hillside of volcanic soils, high elevation, and coastal influence that gives these wines their depth and character.
Sommelier Christophe Tassan guides our farming with a light hand, allowing nature to lead and interfering as little as possible. Every bottle reflects exactly where it came from.

Our Wines
Each wine is crafted from our Moon Mountain vineyard, where volcanic soils and high elevation create wines of remarkable depth and character.

Our estate flagship. Sunset-facing vines above the fog line produce deep color, firm tannins, and layers of dark berry, sage, and bay leaf. Built to age, approachable now.

Bright and lifted, co-fermented with a touch of Mourvèdre for structure and complexity. Aromatic and spiced — wild strawberry, rooibos tea, and pink peppercorn with natural poise.

Rich and spicy with mountain herbs and dark fruit. A true expression of our volcanic terroir and high-elevation vineyard — full-bodied with a long, savory finish.

From our sunrise-side plantings in volcanic soils. Lightly aromatic with balanced dryness — stone fruit, fresh herb, and a clean, refreshing finish.
