With only over 100 cases produced of the 2019 vintage, Syrah kicks off our red varietal harvest to preserve vibrance before becoming too jammy. With it’s deep purple color and rich aromas of dark berries and licorice, density is the defining feature of this wine. Tannins with grip back up the rich aromatic profile, making it a great companion to comfort foods like burgers, lamb, and sausages.
